The Kimberton Fire Company Donut Committee is an all-volunteer group that exists to support our local fire department! Our mission is simple:
1) raise funds so that our first responders can provide quality fire protection and emergency services and
2) make our community happy with our homemade donuts.

$9.00 per Dozen
Payment is required at time of pick-up. We only accept Cash or Check Payment.

Online Orders
There is a limit to how many donuts we can produce. Once we have reached capacity, the order form will be closed.
Online order deadline is by 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 10 or sooner if we reach maximum production capacity.
Phone Orders
If you can, please order online.
Phone cut-off deadline: 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 10, 2026.
Call 610-935-1388, Box 3. Leave name, phone, quantity, and variety of donuts, and the pick-up time.

Phone orders will NOT be accepted after the deadline.
Please make a note of your pick-up time.
“No Shows” cost the Fire Company time and money, so please call before the last pick-up time on the Sale Day if there is a problem with making the pick-up.

Location
All donut orders are to be picked up In Person.
NO drive-through pick up. NO deliveries.
Park in the larger parking lot across from the fire station truck bays (coming from 2276 Kimberton Road entrance, follow the drive around to the right; entering from Route 113, the lot is on the left across from the fire station)
Enter the banquet hall – look for the Donut sign.
COVID Protocol: If you have COVID symptoms or are feeling ill, please do not come. Send a healthy person to pick up your order.

Ingredients
Below is a list of all ingredients used in making our Donuts. Our fryers are only used for donut production, and use the same oil listed below.
Donut Mix contains wheat, milk, egg and soy ingredients: Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Sugar, Soybean Oil, Defatted Soy Flour, Egg Yolk with Sodium Silicoaluminate, Dextrose, Nonfat Milk, Leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocalcium phosphate), Potato Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Soy Lecithin, Natural and Artificial Flavor. Frying Agent is Vegetable Shortening which contains partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean and cottonseed oils) White Powder Coating is manufactured on shared equipment with products containing wheat, milk, soy, egg, Yellow #5, Yellow #6 and Red #40: Dextrose, Corn Starch, Palm Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Artificial Flavor Cinnamon Sugar Coating ingredients are ground cinnamon and granulated sugar.
