Fall in love AGAIN with our Kimberton Fire Company Donuts!
The donut crew has been on a much-deserved break after the big sale at the Kimberton Community Fair.
But we are rested up and ready to make your favorite donuts this month.
Online ordering is now open for pick-up on Monday, September 30, 2024.
PRE-ORDERS ARE REQUIRED!
So please read the information below to re-connect with your donut love or to try them for the first time. It’s a great way to support the local fire company and enjoy some delicious donuts!
Order online or by phone before Sunday, September 29 before 12:00 noon.
All donut orders are to be picked up in person; there are no deliveries and no drive-through pick-up.

- Order deadline: Sunday, September 29 before 12:00 noon.
- Sold in dozens only by the same variety (ex: 1 doz Plain or 1 doz Cinnamon). No half-dozens. No mixed dozens.
- Each dozen = $9.00. We accept CASH or CHECK payment only.
- Extra white donut packing bags are available for anyone who needs to make up their own custom orders.
- Enter at Door #15 of the banquet hall building
- Pick-Up Options: Monday, September 30. Please select a pick-up time slot when placing your order.
- 4 pm – 5 pm,
- 5 pm – 6 pm OR
- 6 pm – 7 pm.
- We are no longer supplying plastic carry bags for orders. We do sell “Got Fair Donuts?” reusable tote bags for sale ($6/bag) or customers can bring their own tote bags.
- We reserve the right to
- cut off orders if we reach the maximum production capacity
- eliminate time slots if there are too many orders scheduled for those times
- sell any unclaimed orders to the public after 7 pm
